Locate Rodeo
Test your skills against others in the industry.
The Alabama Damage Prevention Summit Locate Rodeo is a competition for underground utility line locators. The Locate Rodeo is managed by the Alabama Damage Prevention Summit Committee who coordinates a variety of volunteers and sponsors.
This one-day event is an innovative approach to highlighting the skills of people who otherwise would go unnoticed for a job well done. Competitors demonstrate their talents under pressure in a competitive environment.
Locators can only compete in one of four divisions: Gas, Power, Water, or Telecom. All competitors will then be required to compete in the Locate from Hell.
