AL811 is Proud to Announce Our New Website

Welcome!

We are very excited to announce the launch of our newly designed website (AL811.com). After months of hard work and dedication, we are delighted to officially announce the launch of the website on June 6, 2022. We wanted to make the website faster, easier to navigate, and more user-friendly with easy access to submit locate requests, acquire information, and education.

As Alabama’s “contact before you dig” center, it was important for us to make the ticket submission and information easily accessible for homeowners and excavators. We also want to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information and resources with our members.

The updated website will give better access to who we are, what we do, and why anyone who plans to dig should contact 811 before digging to request that the approximate location of buried utilities be marked with paint or flags.
